I just applied for a job yesterday by fax. The company did not leave there contact information to follow up. I am really interested in the job can I fax my resume again or would that be annoying to the employer….. Please advise…

Thanks

Wait 3 or 4 days and compose another letter to send as a cover to your references. State in this letter how excited you are about the company and that you will call back in a couple days to make sure they have your info.

Please don’t re-send your resume. I cannot tell you how irritating it is to receive the same resume over and over again. I wouldn’t even call people that sent their resume over and over. If someone is that irritating before you hire them, they would be hell after the hire too.

Good luck

I would wait it out one week. Most likely they have your resume. If they see it again the next day, they may become discouraged. So if you sent it out Wed., send it to them again next Tues. or Wed. if you dont hear back from them.

I would wait a week or so and then fax again, with a new cover letter explaining your interest in this job/position and why. Most good companies do not look down on prospective job candidates who have persistence, so it can’t hurt your chances. If you still get no response, that may be their way of telling you they’re not interested. You can also try to google them and find alternate means of contacting them.

i would wait a little longer than 1 day. that’s a bit overkill.

i would look the company’s info up online and try to find a phone number to call and verify that your resume was received. that way you will look more interested and resourceful.

if you can’t get a phone number at all, then wait another day or two and re-fax with a cover letter and a not asking to please be called to be sure your fax was received.

take care
