Also your online newspaper - although they don’t post as many job openings.
Your local employment/ unemployment office will have a board or a book with current job openings.
Always apply in person, have a resume no matter how simple.
Ask to hand the application to the manager when you are finished filling it out.
Shake his/her hand and sell yourself.
