At Six Flags St. Louis, they operate a propane fired steam locomotive, and seeing how paid opportunities are slim in this day and age for young steam buffs, I figure it’d be the only opportunity to be the engineer on a steamer and get paid to do so…

In short: How the heck do I land the job????

Do you have any boiler experience? Since it’s steam powered you need a boiler operators license or certification.
